Mr Simon Pollard
Welcome to Carclaze Community Primary School's website. We hope that you enjoy your visit.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcoming school that works hard to meet the needs of all our children. Our main values can be summarised with the four words: Care, Communicate, Persevere and Sparkle. Carclaze School is an exciting place to be, with a range of opportunities to inspire and experience.
Our staff work hard to ensure that every child is able to achieve to the best of their ability and feels confident to try out new skills. We know that children learn best when they are excited and engaged so we have created a curriculum which does just that whilst developing a deeper knowledge and understanding. Please click on the curriculum link to find out more about our school curriculum.
One of our main priorities is to ensure that our children are safe and we will work proactively with the children, their families and other agencies to share a collective responsibility. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and will expect all staff, parents and volunteers to share this commitment.
We are proud to be a member of Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) and enjoy working together with the other trust schools to maximise the learning opportunities for all.
We hope you find everything you need to know about our school on this site. If, however you have any questions or would like to visit the school, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
